                                  本文以力敏材料為基礎,通過對應力場反演方法展開研究,實現了輪胎應力測量的可視化。首先,根據現有輪胎的特征設計了新型力敏傳感智能輪胎,分析了力敏智能輪胎的結構特點;其次,建立了力敏智能輪胎有限元模型,研究了力敏智能輪胎在充氣狀態、靜態受載、結構破損三種狀態下應力及變形情況,,構建了力敏智能輪胎電壓測量方法,并對導電硅橡膠材料的力敏性能進行了實驗驗證,分析了不同狀態、不同載荷下導電硅橡膠材料的應力反演情況.
